Service Policies

Simple, clear policies so you always know what to expect.

Package Conditions
  • Up to 2 kg included; every additional 1 kg charged at Rs. 80.
  • Rates apply per individual package.
  • Return packages charged at 50% of the delivery rate.
  • Returns are free of charge for shipments exceeding 100 packages.
  • Discounted pricing available for high-volume shipments.
Payment & Timeframes
  • All collected delivery payments handed over to clients within one (1) week.
  • Settlement method & schedule communicated and agreed in advance.
  • Clients advised to maintain proper delivery records for reconciliation.
  • Standard Deliveries: 2–3 working days.
  • Return Parcels: Max 3 delivery attempts within 3 working days before returning to warehouse.
